Fried chicken breast

This delicious fried chicken breast is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is really yummy and flavor packed. Suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


ingredients

1 pound chicken breast

1 cup flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoon salt

2/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/2 chicken seasoning powder

vegetable oil



Wash the chicken ,pat dry with paper towel,and put in a bowl. Add garlic paste, ginger,1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon pepper, rob all over the chicken until fully incorporated. Cover the chicken with a plastic wrap and marinate for 20-25 minutes.



Whisk the egg into a bowl, pour the flour in another bowl, add garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon pepper,1/2 teaspoon salt and chicken seasoning powder , mix together. Pour the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat,deep chicken in flour mixture,(rob flour all over chicken) deep the chicken in egg, then deep it back in the flour. Fry in a skillet for 7-10 minutes on both sides until chicken is golden brown. Drain on paper towel,allow to cool and serve.
