This flavor packed chicken is quick and easy to make. It’s juicy and delicious.
ingredients
10 pieces chicken drumsticks
1/2 cu honey ( plus 2 tablespoons extra)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Mix all ingredients together in bowl until fully incorporated. Wash the chicken and place in a foil lined baking pan ( lining the pan with foil, will make washing the pan easy), pour the sauce on the chicken and rob all over. Cover the pan with foil paper and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes. ( flip the chicken half minutes of the bake time.) remove the chicken from the baking pan, line the chicken in a grill rack, drizzle with a little honey and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
